I know that it’s sometimes difficult to remove the entrenched thinking that leads to unwanted behaviour. Habit-forming actions, fears, and beliefs can dominate lives. It’s important to remember that change is possible: changing your thoughts changes your internal state, which in turn leads to new behaviours.
